St.George Illawarra Dragons is the Australian Pro Football League football club, which started in 1999 as a member of the National Football League. They officially became the first joint venture club on September 23, 1998 and they are the only inter-city team for NRL. The team colors for St. George Illawarra Dragons are red and white, the color common to St. George Dragons and the Illawarra Steelers .
